1. The main holidays of the year are as follows (2017-2018) :

1. Besides the above, the school is closed on other Public Holidays as recommended by the Government from time to time.
2. Parents are informed and are especially asked to note that, in the interest of their children and discipline of the school, it is absolutely imperative that they keep most strictly to the day allotted to the opening and the closing of the school.
3. On no account can "special cases" be considered for permission to break this rule. No student may leave school before the beginning of a holiday, and absolute punctuality is necessary on the re-opening day of school. There will be no prefixing or suffixing of holidays. A fine of Rs.200/- per day will be levied for early departure for holidays and a late arrival after the holidays. Medical certificates, excuses of unavailability of railway and air bookings etc. will not be accepted.
Prize Day & Annual Concert/ Sports Day:
The Prize Day is a much-awaited annual event where the parents look forward to the awards for their hard work. Apart from the Scholastic achievements the school also caters to much deserved progress prizes, awarded to students who show considerable improvement in academics.
An opportunity is given to a maximum number of students to show their talent on stage. Acting, dancing and music form an integral part of this event.
Students Display a variety of exercises with props in different formations according to their house. Inter house competition are a part of the sports day wherein various competitions are conducted. The royal march past with the school band and the school anthem is followed by the displays and competition.
The students and staff do the school proud by their hard work and this yearly feature is worth watching. It involves plenty of hard work, perseverance and innovation.
